What it contains

• Gin Cilento Wild Coast Gin: A Mediterranean gin that expresses the aromas of the wonderful, wild coast of Cilento. Every bottle of Cilento Wild Coast is unique. The botanicals are hand-harvested, and the ingredients differ each season, providing new sensations. This allows every distillation to become a unique organoleptic work of art. Appearance: Bright and crystal clear to the eye Nose: Harmonious on the nose, fresh with citrus, enriched by touches of myrtle followed by spicy nuances of sea fennel and red juniper, where the scents of the Mediterranean scrub can be felt Palate: On the palate, it is perfectly balanced, round, with hints of slight salinity and a warm finish where its soft and aromatic side can be appreciated | 45% ABV | 70cl.
• Monticelli Old Tom Gin: Distilled in a pot still, it retains all the scents of a raw product. Its marked notes meet the pleasant sweetness of chestnut honey. The latter remains inside for 3 months, the time needed for complete decantation. Only once the sedimentation of the insoluble parts of the honey has been obtained do we proceed with filtration. The result is a modern take on Old Tom Gin. It reflects all the characteristics of this spirit that once defined an era. Appearance: Clear and amber Nose: Clean on the nose with sweet notes provided by the honey Palate: Predominant juniper flavor, accompanied by the aftertaste of chestnut honey. | 47% ABV | 70cl.
• Gintò: This gin, perfectly aligned with market demands, is born from a few botanicals all linked to the local territory, starting from red juniper to citrus fruits, as well as rosemary and myrtle leaves. All this to create a gin of extreme flexibility to be used in any cocktail. | 42% ABV | 70cl.
