Cordials originated in the Middle Ages as healing elixirs — sweet, aromatic, functional. Our Artichoke and Butcher's Broom Cordial brings this tradition into the 21st century with scientific research from UNISA.
Campanian artichoke (leaves, stems): rich in cynarin, it aids digestion and liver detoxification. Butcher's broom (rhizome): ruscogenin, supports microcirculation and leg lightness. Two Mediterranean botanicals, one unique cordial.
15% ABV — Low alcohol for long mixology, summer aperitifs, wellness spritzes. Vegetable-herbaceous notes of artichoke, earthy undertones of butcher's broom, sweetness balanced by cane sugar.
