Published Prices
Published prices include the Italian VAT rate of 22%, with the exception of non-EU destinations for which prices are indicated net of VAT. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
For all orders shipped outside the European Union, additional customs duties may be applied by the destination country. Such duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

All goods available for sale on russo1899.it are in stock and ready for shipment, as indicated. The product catalog is updated in real-time based on actual availability.
Delivery Methods
Available delivery methods include express courier and standard courier shipping.
For courier shipments, purchased goods are shipped via express or standard courier to the destination address specified by the Customer in the order form. Delivery times are estimated within 48-72 hours of shipment (depending on the selected shipping method), barring any delays attributable to the carrier.
The Seller undertakes to ship the goods within two working days from the moment of order receipt, barring delays due to technical problems or force majeure, and in any case within the terms provided by law. Shipping costs, indicated at the bottom of the order form, are borne by the Customer.
The Customer can check the status of their orders at any time and obtain the tracking number for shipments made. Upon delivery, the Customer is required to verify the number of packages and carefully check the external appearance of the packages. If the number of packages delivered does not match that indicated in the waybill, invoice, or transport document, or if the shipment packaging shows signs of tampering or alteration that could suggest damage to the content, the Customer may refuse delivery or accept it by signing with the words “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION”, to check the content and ascertain the condition of the goods.
If one or more products are damaged during transport, the Customer must promptly inform the Seller, who will replace the damaged products free of charge or, if this is not possible, refund their value.

PayPal

Invoicing
A tax invoice will be issued upon receipt of payment and shipment of the order, using the data provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Right of Withdrawal
Our return system, called “EASY RETURN”, fully protects customers, allowing them to return purchased products or replace non-compliant items.
If the return is due to the customer's decision to change the ordered goods, the collection and redelivery costs will be borne by them.
Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 206/05 (Consumer Code) on distance contracts, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send an email to info@russo1899.it or a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to Lider Srl at Località Monticelli di Sotto – 84085 – Mercato San Severino SA, specifying the description and quantity of the products to be returned.
Customer service will contact the customer to provide instructions on the most appropriate return method. The goods must be returned to the address indicated above within 14 days of receipt.
Reports of damage or shortages upon arrival must be immediately reported to the courier with a written note on the delivery document. In the absence of such reservation, refunds or replacements will not be possible. The Customer loses the right to make claims after 8 days from the receipt of the goods.
