  4. the interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:

The request for the information listed above can be renewed with a minimum interval of 90 days, except in cases where there is just cause: cancellation or modification of such data due to violation of the law; cancellation of data that cannot be used for the reasons for which they were collected.

LIDER - S.R.L guarantees the “right to be forgotten” provided for by the new EU regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). The user can decide to delete their account and/or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by accessing their account. The history of data provided by the user will be instantly deleted along with their profile. Only a trace of any orders placed on the site will remain as they are indispensable for regulations regarding e-commerce.
