Distilled in a pot still, it retains all the nuances of a raw product. Its distinct notes meet the pleasant sweetness of chestnut honey. The honey will remain in the gin for 3 months, the time needed for complete decantation. Only after the insoluble parts of the honey have settled will we proceed with filtration. The result is a modern Old Tom Gin. It reflects all the characteristics of this spirit that once marked an era.
Main botanicals: Juniper, Angelica, Rosemary, Lemon, Gentian, Ginger.
