THE TOMATO ENTERS THE BAR (FINALLY DOING WELL)

The tomato has been a star of Italian cuisine for centuries. But in cocktails? Relegated to a basic Bloody Mary. Kòr Cordial changes everything.

Born from the collaboration between Campus UNISA and Russo1899, this cordial rescues the pulp, skins, seeds, and even leaves of the San Marzano PDO tomato—every part contributes something: umami from the pulp, tannins from the skins, and green-herbaceous notes from the leaves (often discarded, yet rich in aromatic solanine in safe doses).

12% ABV — Low alcohol for modern savory mixology. Restrained sweetness (no ketchup!), natural tomato acidity, and a slightly saline finish. Versatile: from a Dirty Martini twist to a savory Margarita, from an Italian Michelada to a tomato-infused Negroni.

A cordial that celebrates Vesuvius' red gold and brings Campanian peasant tradition into the future of mixology.

CAMPUS ALCHEMIST

Campus Alchemist is Russo 1899's anti-waste revolution: low-alcohol liqueurs, cordials, and bitters created from noble Campanian scraps, transformed into functional treasures thanks to UNISA science. Not waste, but precious resources: artichoke leaves, pomegranate peels, butcher's broom rhizomes, and Annurca apple pulp. A line that combines tradition, research, and sustainability, with the same organoleptic profile as products made from noble parts.
