Legend has it that on the night between June 23rd and 24th, the shortest of the year, witches gather around the walnut tree to harvest its green fruits and celebrate their sabbats. Faithful to this tradition, on St. John's Day we harvest the Sorrento walnuts which, cut into 4 wedges, we will macerate until October 31st. It will rest in the bottle for the next 12 months.
